Zumba
This mid-level Zumba class offers a variety of music and dance genres. This class includes turns and jumps and therefore is considered high impact. All levels and ages are welcome.

Zumba Low Impact
Same fun and inspiring music and choreography using low impact movements, limiting turns and jumps. This class is open to all ages and levels.

Toning
This no-impact class uses light weights, resistance training (using a dynaband) and a chair for a head to toe muscle workout. This class is considered beginner level, open to all ages and no experience is necessary.
