Outdoor Zumba
This mid-level, outdoor Zumba class offers a variety of music and dance genres. Classes are conducted on concrete, so modifications are recommended for those sensitive to impact. All levels and ages are welcome. All classes are on a drop-in basis.

Indoor Zumba
This 55-minute, indoor, mid-level dance fitness class is open to the public and suitable for all ages and fitness levels. No membership required to attend. All classes are on a drop-in basis.

Toning
​A muscle sculpting class aimed to strengthen the body and benefit mobility, bone health, metabolism, chronic disease prevention, cognitive function, mood and stress management. This class is considered beginner level, open to all ages and no experience is necessary. All classes are on a drop-in basis.
